Behavioral Analytics (Session Replay)

To better understand how people use the App and improve usability, we use PostHog, a privacy-focused analytics tool that may include session replay. Session replay helps us understand general navigation patterns (for example, which screens are visited and in what order) so we can improve the experience. It is configured to protect privacy:

• Session replay data is anonymized.
• Captured information is limited to high-level interaction patterns.
• Replay data is retained for a maximum of 30 days before automatic deletion.

When enabled, session replay may capture a simplified visual representation of app screens. Sensitive areas and user-entered content are masked so we only see layout and interaction flow needed to troubleshoot usability issues.

Regional Restrictions for Session Replay

Session replay is automatically disabled for users in jurisdictions with enhanced privacy protections, including:

• The European Union, EEA, and United Kingdom (GDPR regions)
• California, USA (CCPA/CPRA regions)

For users in these regions, no session replay data is collected, stored, or processed.

How We Use Information

We use collected data only to:

• Provide and improve app functionality
• Monitor performance and stability
• Fix bugs and technical issues
• Understand general app usage trends
• Analyze anonymized interaction patterns to improve usability (where session replay is enabled)

Data Linking

The data we collect is not linked to your identity and cannot be used to personally identify you.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may use trusted service providers (such as analytics and crash reporting providers) to process anonymous technical data on our behalf.

Behavioral analytics data, including anonymized session replay (where enabled), is processed by PostHog. PostHog does not receive session replay data from users in GDPR regions or California because replay features are disabled in those locations.

Data Retention

We retain diagnostic and usage data only as long as necessary to maintain and improve the App.

Anonymized session replay data (for regions where enabled) is retained for no longer than 30 days and then automatically deleted. For users in GDPR regions or California, no session replay data is collected or retained.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to or deletion of your data. Because we do not collect personally identifiable information, we may not be able to associate data with you.

Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
