Refund Policy

Last updated: 2 September 2026

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for a purchase of the Tai Chi Service, operated by ProdigyAI Solutions SRL, str. Transilvaniei A9, Aiud 515200, Alba, Romania, CUI 47791661. It forms part of our Terms of Service. To stop future charges without requesting a refund, see how to cancel.

1. General principle

Except where required by applicable law, purchases are generally non-refundable. We may nevertheless consider refund requests at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. If something is not working for you, contact us first — most problems are quicker to fix than to refund.

2. Who processes your refund

A refund can only be issued by whoever processed the payment, so the route depends on where you purchased.

Apple App Store

Apple processes App Store payments and controls App Store refunds. Request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides whether to grant it; we cannot issue, approve, or reverse an App Store refund.

Google Play

Google processes Google Play payments. Refund handling depends on Google's process and applicable rules: for some transactions Google handles the request directly, and for others it may involve us. Start with Google Play's refund process, and if Google directs you to the developer, email us at hello@easytaichi.app.

Purchased on easytaichi.app

We process these payments ourselves. Email hello@easytaichi.app with the email address you used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; how quickly the money appears depends on your payment provider or bank and is outside our control.

3. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live. The rights below apply in addition to the general principle above.

European Union and EEA — 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For a subscription, the period runs from the day the contract is concluded — which includes the day a free trial or introductory period begins.

To exercise this right, send us a clear statement of your decision by email to hello@easytaichi.app before the 14-day period ends. You may use the model withdrawal form provided by EU law, but you do not have to. If you withdraw in time, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used, and without charging you a fee for the reimbursement. Where a purchase was made through the App Store or Google Play, the reimbursement is handled by Apple or Google under their processes; please contact them as described above and let us know if you need help.

Immediate access on easytaichi.app. Before you pay on our website, we ask you to confirm that you want the Service to start immediately and that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal once it does. We keep a record of that confirmation with your subscription. Where you gave it, you are not entitled to withdraw from the subscription once the Service has started, unless the Service is defective; if you withdraw before it has been fully provided, you may owe a proportionate amount for the period already supplied. If you did not give that confirmation, your 14-day right applies in full. Simply opening or using the Service does not, by itself, end your right of withdrawal. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple's and Google's own terms on this point.

Brazil — seven-day cooling-off period

If you reside in Brazil, the Consumer Protection Code gives you the right to cancel a purchase made online within seven calendar days of the purchase date, without giving a reason. If you exercise this right, we will refund the amount paid, through the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. For App Store or Google Play purchases, the refund is processed by Apple or Google under their processes.

Other countries

If the law where you live gives you a right to cancel, a cooling-off period, or a right to a refund in particular circumstances, we will honour it. Contact us and tell us where you live so we can apply the right rules.

4. Technical problems

If a technical fault on our side prevents you from using the Service, or the Service does not work as described, tell us and we will try to fix it. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also be entitled to remedies such as correction of the problem or restoration of access, a price reduction, a refund, ending the contract, or other statutory remedies. This policy does not limit those remedies.

5. Refund requests and your data

When you request a refund from Apple or Google, they may ask us for information about how the purchase was used, such as how long your account has existed, how much time you have spent practising, whether purchased content was delivered, and amounts paid or previously refunded. We provide this information as recorded, only to the store handling your request, and only in response to a request you made. See our Privacy Policy.
