By downloading or using this Tai Chi app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

The App provides Tai Chi instructional content, guided practice sessions, wellness information, and related features intended to support mindfulness, balance, and general fitness.

The App is provided for general wellness and educational purposes only and is not medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have medical conditions, injuries, or other health concerns. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using unauthorized methods.

Purchases & Subscriptions

The App may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases. Payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, animations, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer the App except as permitted by law.

Privacy

We collect limited usage and diagnostic data to improve the App’s performance and reliability. We also use anonymized behavioral analytics through PostHog session replay where enabled to improve app usability. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability
